with its headquarter located in Guilin Guangxi, is a state-owned second
grade enterprise, as well as the first-grade chemical & petroleum engineering
construction enterprise qualified for general contracting with approval of
the Ministry of Construction. The company is qualified to install pressure
piping and grade A boilers and obtained a certificte of ISO 9002 QA system.
Also, the company was awarded the title of " the National Advanced Enterprise"
and " National Customer Satisfactory Construction Enterprise" as well as It
obtained the National Excellent Construction Management award and was cited
in yeas running as "Civilized unit " both in Guilin and Guangxi.
The company was founded in1968. From then on, it has undertaken construction of about 400 projects of petroleum, petrochemical chemical, oil storage and transportation, light industry, electric power and civil engineering etc. in 21 domestic provinces as well as in 5 countries in Africa and the Middle East. All the projects were put into operation successfully, and the engineering quality met the requirements of applicable national standards and design requirements among which more than 20 projects obtained State Excellent Engineering Silver medal and Provincial (Ministry) gold medal.
The company owns some 3000 employees, about 800 of them are managerial
personnel (including 400 with senior~ medium titles and 59 holding
qualification certificates of PM issued by Ministry of Construction) and
some 1600 skilled workers. 23% employees graduated from colleges or higher
and 70% from high schools or technical schools.
The company is capable of contracting construction of large and medium-sized
petroleum, petrochemical and chemical projects and other kind of projects.
